Voters will choose from a field of three candidates to fill two open school board seats. Certified candidates are (in order of appearance on the ballot): Robynn Selle (incumbent), Kurt P. Lewis, and Chevon N. Bowen

As a long-time resident of Fort Atkinson and a parent with children in the district, I have a deep personal investment in the success of our schools. My decision to run is rooted in my belief that every student deserves an inclusive, high-quality education that prepares them for a successful future. I want to ensure that all families feel heard and valued and that our district fosters an environment where every child can thrive.

I want to continue my work on the School Board. I have learned so much about the district and its operations over the past three years. I think with this experience I can continue to serve the district in a positive way to provide the community quality education while balancing fiscal prudence.

I believe it to be of highest importance that our school kids deserve and receive the best opportunities to excel. My role as a member of the School Board is to create and maintain an enabling environment for those opportunities – to get our school kids properly prepared for a highly competitive and diverse world stage.
