FAIR Recognizes National Constitution Day

Today (September 17) the Fort Atkinson Independent Reporter (FAIR) celebrates National Constitution Day and the start of National Constitution Week. For those accustomed to recognizing our law of the land and the Constitutional system under which we enjoy our freedoms, September 17, 1787 was the date on which the United States Constitution was signed.
